ABOUT
I am a motion designer working across the film, commercial, broadcast, and video game industries. Born and raised in Connecticut, I studied design and animation at the Savannah College of Art & Design in Georgia, began my career in California, and then relocated to England.
My work has taken me to Los Angeles, London, Bath, Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin, and Singapore, exposing me to a broad range of cultures, creative sensibilities, and professional working styles. This international experience informs both my collaborative approach and my understanding of diverse audiences.
I have run my own freelance practice successfully for more than fifteen years, managing projects of varied scope and duration, aligning creative vision with practical constraints, and guiding clients with clarity and consistency from concept through delivery.

Title Sequences
Title sequences introduce or conclude films or television programmes by presenting the title and key production & cast members. They establish the setting, tone, and genre of the show/film with a mix of various visuals and audio mediums: live action, animation, music, still images, and/or graphics.

Broadcast Design & Branding
Television channels and programmes have defining visual branding and graphics. Every so often, television stations will aim to re-invent their branding to keep up-to-date with the visual trends of the season, year, or decade. The job of the designer and motion designer is to achieve that by creating such deliverables as Idents, Tune-Ins, Bugs (logo in bottom right corner), Lower Thirds, Promos, etc.

Game Design & Content
Within the video game industry, a UI (User Interface) designer is responsible for creating the visual elements and interactive components that make up the user’s visual interface within a video game. Examples include designing the menus, HUD (Heads-Up Display), buttons, icons, and other graphical elements that players interact with while playing the game.
